PrePass Safety Alliance Adds Mobile Bypass App and Safety ALERTS in Missouri

Missouri expands opportunities for motor carriers to bypass weigh stations  with the PrePass mobile app at 19 locations across the state.

PHOENIX – March 1, 2021 – PrePass carriers now have even more opportunities to save time and money in Missouri. PrePass Safety Alliance recently completed expansion of the bypass app service to 19 locations operated by Missouri Department of Transportation. The PrePass app gives qualified carriers the option to expand bypass opportunities using iOS, Android and select telematics mobile devices, with or without the PrePass transponder.

While transponder technology is the industry gold standard with 99.9% reliability, the PrePass weigh station bypass app is a perfect solution for carriers wanting greater location coverage. The PrePass app not only alerts drivers to approaching weigh stations, it also delivers proactive notifications of upcoming road hazards. PrePass ALERTS is a mobile safety and productivity tool designed to notify drivers about upcoming road safety conditions. ALERTS currently sends drivers proactive alerts for work zones, available truck parking, gusty wind area, rest areas, steep grade, brake check area, chain up area, runaway truck ramp and no commercial vehicle road.
