Dave Allwine first began service with the PrePass Safety Alliance in 2016 as a Board Member representing Ohio. He began his current position with the Alliance in August 2022 as a Regional Director of Field Operations. Mr. Allwine served with the Ohio State Highway Patrol for over 32 years, retiring at the rank of captain. During his tenure with the Ohio State Patrol, Dave served in various command assignments to include as the Commander of the Division’s Licensing and Commercial Standards Section and as the Jackson District Commander. Dave is also graduate of the 237th Session of the FBI National Academy.
